Let me start by saying "Thank You" for downloading my file, "EZ Forms 1". I hope that you are able to get a great deal of use out of them.
WHAT ARE EZ FORMS?
EZ Forms are simple Excel 3.0 files intended to help new or small businesses key in and generate the following:
• Estimates
• Invoices
• Work Orders
• Quotations
I have created these files to be very simple, yet functional. I have used only Helvetica and Times fonts.....after all, if you have a Mac, you automatically have these fonts. Feel free to customize the forms to suit your needs, i.e. changing fonts, borders, line weights, etc. I have also set them up as Stationery Pads so that you can double-click on them and be prompted for a name and location to file your finished form, leaving the original template untouched. You can disable this feature by clicking on a form's icon once and then hitting Command-I to get the info, and de-select "Stationery Pad" at the bottom of the box.
I have included all formulas so that you can immediately type in your information, hourly rates or item costs, and generate a completed form. On forms using a SALES TAX box, please edit the formula to reflect your state's current tax rate....it is currently set at Pennsylvania's 6% rate.
These are simplified versions of more complex forms developed by me as part of a small business start-up package that my firm currently sells commercially. I plan to make more EZ Forms available as time goes on...and ask only that if you use the forms, please send $5.00 per form to the address below. If you decide that you have no use for the forms, please pass them on to a friend (and please include this READ ME file). The reason I am selling these forms so cheaply, and as ShareWare, is because I have always had a firm commitment to new and/or small businesses. I remember when I was first starting out, I couldn't afford much in the way of software or forms...so I had to make them myself. I just want to save you the time and trouble of doing the same thing....
